Alejandro Balfagón
Alejandro Balfagón (Texas, 1998) started his guitar studies at the age of 8 at the Professional Conservatory of Guadalajara. After finishing his studies with the highest marks, he moved to Mallorca to study with the prestigious concert guitarist Pedro Mateo and under his guidance he managed to develop a deep musicality as a soloist as well as in chamber music. He received council and compliments from great guitarists like Carlo Marchione, Anders Clemens, Leo Brouwer, Margarita Escarpa, and Ricardo Gallén. He also participated in various international guitar festivals where he received good reviews and prizes like Mingo, Campo de Criptana, Petrer, and Gredos San Diego.
Boy Bol
Boy Bol (Groningen, 1997) is a renowned guitarist who is enthusiastic about discovering new styles and constantly seeks to expand his limits. His outstanding playing is being characterized by his rich timbre and elegant expressiveness. He started his guitar studies at the age of 7 in the school of music in Best with Jan van den Langenberg and eventually went to the conservatory of Tilburg to do the preliminary conservatory studies under the guidance of Marlon Titre and Johan Fostier. He moved on to Mallorca (Spain) for his current studies at the Superior Conservatory of Music of the Balearic Islands to perfect his technique with the virtuosic maestro Pedro Mateo. He also received praise and council from many great guitarists from the stature of Sabrina Vlaškalić, Marco Socías, Rovshan Mamedkuliev, Carlo Marchione, Gabriel Bianco, and Ignacio Rodes.
